The Hayes Taylor YMCA traditionally offers over 10 group exercise classes a week with a wide variety of all levels to suit individual needs. Please see the links to schedules and class descriptions below. These classes are free to all Hayes Taylor members, with the exception of those noted. If you have any questions regarding any of the Group Exercise classes, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk.
Participants must be at least 14 years old to participate in any of the aerobic, yoga, or cycle classes.
February 2012 Group Exercise Schedule
The Y also has Tae Kwon Do classes available for both children (ages 5 and up) and adult. Classes include basics and forms, self defense, and kicking and sparring. Please contact our front desk for more information.
Tae Kwon Do is offered on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Fees per monthly session:
$35 YMCA Members
$50 Non-Members
Please note: discounts are available for additional family members.
