Meet one-on-one with a certified trainer to assist you in reaching your personal fitness goals. Sessions are one hour long or may be split into 30 minute sessions at trainer's discretion. Per Session:
$25 1/2 hour session
$40 per one hour session
Personal Training Packages:
$100 for 4 Half Hour Sessions
$200 for 8 Half Hour Sessions
$300 for 12 Half Hour Sessions
This evaluation consists of a 1-hour session designed to assess current fitness levels and provide training recommendations for reaching personal goals. The evaluation includes body composition, flexibility, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular tests.
